To report illegal content (LCEN, art. 6, and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the "DSA", art. 16): the support form (https://www.marto.ai/en/support), open to signed-in users, or a letter to LCB LA COMPAGNIE BASQUE, 15 rue de la Présentation, 75011 Paris, France, describing the content, its location within the Service, the grounds for the report and, for reports made under the DSA, the identity of the notifying party save where a legal exception applies. This form is the Service's single point of contact for users (DSA, art. 12); authorities may contact the Publisher at the same postal address or at the telephone number given above (DSA, art. 11), in French or English.
