What's new
Changes to Marto, newest first. Each date is a day the change was already live.
- The firm's settings show the space its photos and documents take up. The gauge warns from 80%, and a refused upload says the space is full.
- The firm's administrator appoints the authorized signatories: only they register a signature and sign acts.
- Any member of the firm invites by link, and the invitee joins as a Member. A role changes between two levels, Administrator and Member.
- The free plan covers the whole firm: unlimited users, 100 lots per inventory and 10 photos per lot. PDF reports come out with no added mark.
- A HEIC photo taken on an iPhone uploads from the web, to a lot or to a report of fact: the browser decodes it before sending.
- The site leads to the iPhone app through the App Store badge and, on a computer, through a QR code to scan with the phone.
- The Marto iPhone app is on the App Store, free.
- Reports of fact open to every firm, in early access. On the web, a report of fact is built from blocks of text and photographs.
- On the web, a report of fact updates by itself when another member edits it, and its rooms and photographs move by dragging.
- Deleting an inventory, a lot, a section, a room, a photograph or an annex asks for confirmation, naming the object and what goes with it.
- Consent to AI assistance is withdrawn from the Account page: no more text is sent.
- An inventory's Excel spreadsheet opens on headers in your language, and its estimates follow the inventory's mode.
- The estimate becomes an inventory setting: single, or a low / high range, for all its lots. Switching modes loses no amount.
- An inventory's type can be changed after it is created, from its edit form.
