Join a firm by invitation

You get access to the firm that invited you: its inventories, lots and constats, on the web and on iPhone.

Before you start

  • An invitation link, sent by a member of the firm. It works once and expires after 7 days.
  • A Google or Apple account. Marto.AI does not use passwords.

Steps

  1. Open the invitation link in your browser.

  2. Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, then sign in to your account.

  3. Back on the invitation page, choose Accept invitation.

  4. The first time you sign in, read the terms of use, tick the box, then choose Accept and continue.

  5. The firm's Home page opens, under the name of the firm that invited you.

What you can do

You join the firm as a Member: you have access to all of the firm's work and you can invite other people. An Administrator of the firm manages its members. To sign an inventory report or a constat, ask them to make you an Authorized signatory.

If something goes wrong

  • The link has expired, has already been used, was cancelled or is no longer valid: ask a member of the firm for a new one.
  • Another firm opens, sometimes one in your name: open the invitation link again. If the page says you are already a member, choose Back to my firm, then the name of the firm shown to switch to the one that invited you.
  • Anything else: on the web, choose Report a problem in your account menu; in the iPhone app, which is in French, Compte › Signaler un problème (Account › Report a problem).
